This role includes requirement analysis of enterprise-level e-government solution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Communicate with clients to understand their business needs
• Analyze & systemize requirement specifications
• Coordinate and conduct the entire analysis process
• Manage scope & change
• Prepare backlog for the team

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• Understanding of software and systems development
• Being proactive communicator who excels at engaging with clients
• Previous experience in IT Business/System Analysis (or similar role) at least 2-3 years
• System Analyst certification
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Lithuanian
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and planning skills
• Ability to work with solution modeling and data visualization tools (advantage)
• Ability to prioritize your work according to tight deadlines
• Requirement modeling skills (e.g., UML, BPMN, etc.)
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in IT, mathematics, or engineering)
