We are looking for a colleague who enjoys both analysing business needs and turning them into working solutions.

In this role, you will define system requirements and build electronic services and automated business processes using our low-code platform. You will implement solutions within the platform and collaborate with software developers when custom development is needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Analyse business needs and translate them into clear functional and non-functional requirements.

• Document system behaviour using BPMN process diagrams, UML models, and business rules.

• Model and configure executable business processes using BPMN.

• Build and configure electronic services within our low-code platform.

• Create and maintain document templates using Microsoft Word or Formpipe Lasernet.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders and developers to clarify requirements and resolve implementation questions.

• Design clear forms and user flows, and check that solutions support the intended user scenarios.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• At least 3 years of experience in systems analysis, software development, or a related role.

• An understanding of the software development lifecycle.

• Experience documenting business processes, use cases, and functional and non-functional requirements.

• Experience and knowledge of BPMN, XML, XPath, and JSON

• Strong proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• The ability to explain requirements and solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Good written and spoken Lithuanian and English.

• A collaborative approach and willingness to learn new tools.
